Details
The perfect starter course if you are serious about trying gliding as a hobby. This introductory course to gliding will provide you with an in depth experience of gliding as you’ll cover everything from aircraft and airfield safety to the full range of flying techniques including take off, landing & thermalling.
You’ll be able to take the controls and by the end of the course, if you’re comfortable, will be actively flying much of the flight! Three months club membership is included so you can return to the club to make full use of the fleet and continue your flying.
The course consists of a ground school one Friday evening, followed by flying during the day the following Friday.
