Trial Lesson

This product is a full introduction to flying and is intended as a Trial Flight for people who are considering taking up the sport of Gliding. You receive a full airfield safety briefing followed by an introduction to the aircraft in which you will be flying. This will include a briefing on the controls, the instruments and the experience. You will then be towed to a height (if possible) that will give you at least 30 minutes in the air. You will be shown how to fly the aircraft and will then have a go yourself. After landing you will receive a Certificate and details on how you can use your 3 month full club membership.

Designed for people who think they might enjoy gliding but would like to give it a try before committing to annual club membership. You will get a full safety and aircraft briefing, a fully instructed flight to 2000ft and up to 10 minutes on the controls to give you a really good feel for the sport.

Your instructor will talk you through the take off and landings as they do it and then carefully instruct you during the rest of the flight. Three months club membership is included so you can return to the club to make full use of the fleet and continue your flying.
